Jessica began her career in a well established business Cunningham Design and Drafting, in 2006. In 2013, Jessica took over as business owner with the desire of re-establishing herself as JEM Building Designs.

Jessica is passionate about quality and innovative building design and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge over the years. Jessica is an expert in building design, 3D modelling and is an accredited thermal performance assessor and also conducts bushfire assessments.
